On Thursday, April 4 Supervisor Yee will begin to make good on his promise for safer safer streets by convening a pedestrian safety hearing.
This will be your chance to tell the Board of Supervisors how it feels as a pedestrian on the streets of San Francisco. The hearing will be held in the morning at City Hall and there will be a chance for public comment. If there is any way at all for you to take the time from you busy day to make your voice heard please do! If you can’t get away you can also send a email to Supervisor Yee at Norman.Yee@sfgov.org or call his office at (415) 554-6516. (Obviously, writing is better!)
Its hard to predict exactly when you should show up if you can’t spend the whole morning but if you send your email or phone number to email@example.com we will get timely information as the hearing goes on. We will also be live tweeting the meeting. Just follow us @MontereyBlvdSF.
